1. The service

Spectra Search is a private, ad-free search engine. We do not collect, track, or profile users. Search results are provided by third-party indexes and are shown as-is.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Scrape results in violation of upstream provider terms.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

4. Third-party content

Search results, images, and linked pages are owned by their respective publishers. We don't endorse and aren't responsible for third-party content.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it fast and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spectra Search is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
